Lady Tamla Price-Randle

First Lady

Tamla Price-Randle was born November 15, 1973 to Ms. Theresa L. Price and proud grandparents, JB and Thelma (Lee) Price.  Tamla is a third generation COGIC member raised at the Davis Temple COGIC in Jackson, Mississippi, in the Mississippi Southern First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, where her Pastor and Bishop was the late Bishop Theo Davis.

After the demise of Bishop Davis, Tamla’s spiritual life grew under the Pastorage of Administrative Assistant Larry Weems, Sr.  Tamla received the Holy Ghost in 1995 during a weekly Saturday prayer service.

Continuing to grow in the Lord, Tamla meet and married Elder Rosman Terrell Randle in 1997.  She became the Frist Lady of Zion Temple COGIC in 2000.   She is the mother of three children, two of who she birthed: Abraham Coleman, Roslyn “Tamesha” Randle and Tamya Terrell Randle.  She is also the proud grandmother of Abraham Alston.

Tamla has seen and been through a lot but is grateful to God who has always caused her to triumph!  Tamla doesn’t have a favorite scripture.  She asked about her favorite one, so many come to mind.  She enjoys praising God for she knows that whatever the situation that may arise, if she is able to pray and praise her Lord and Savior just as Paul and Silas did, all will be well.
